In order to process your warranty claim as soon as possible, we need your help to speed aiong the process.
To receive credit for warranty parts we need you to return the warranty items listed on
enclosed order within 30 days of the RMA date. After 30 days the RMA becomes void and no
credit will be issued for items. You need to enclose a copy of this letter with the parts. Please
make to sure to package the items and mark the outside of the package clearly with the RMA
number. |
