I just wanted to drop you a note to tell you how pleased I am with my EDIC Galaxy 2000. I’ve had it for a year now and I’ve had no problems whatsoever with its performance. The vacuum is strong and the pumps are working great. No leaks and the blue/gray color combo looks good. This is the one cord model, which runs the 2 vacs and the pump. I was a little leery of all those components being run off one cord but it’s not been any problem. You just have to be aware of where you are plugging the unit into. The few times I’ve tripped a breaker it’s been because that circuit is powering multiple outlets with several items running at the same time. More of an operator error than a problem with the EDIC machine configuration.

I’ve had one for almost 2 years now (CR2 Touch-Free Cleaning System).  It is amazing. Love it. Once you learn all the ins and outs, it’s all you will want to use.

I have a hot water extractor that I use for my business and was having trouble with it, so I contacted your company and was directed to Rick.
